Our Love Story
We met on Hinge in September of 2023 and had a FaceTime date within the week. After an amazing conversation discussing our comfort foods (borscht for Alex and beans for Katie) we set up a brunch date a few days later. Just a couple weeks after that brunch date, we became an official couple!

As Alex looked toward graduation from his PhD program in the spring of 2025, we started exploring job options in other states and even another country! With that in mind, we decided to have a courthouse ceremony, to make sure we could easily stay together wherever our career paths led us. So on June 30, 2025 we got married! We can't wait to celebrate with you all.

Getting Here
Accommodations for the wedding weekend are located in Hood River, Oregon. Hood River is an easy one hour drive from the Portland Airport. We will have shuttles available from Hood River to the wedding for those interested.
Room Block
We have a block of hotel rooms available at the Best Western Hood River.
